Paul Miyamoto holds a BFA and a MFA in painting from Otis College of Art and Design, Los Angeles, California. His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums in California, Florida, Massachusetts and throughout New York. His work is held in the collection of the Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute & Museum of Art, Utica, NY, and in numerous private collections.
As Associate Clinical Professor at the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Science, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He taught Visual Communication in the Electronic Media Art and Communication Program for more than two decades and organized numerous student exhibitions. Miyamoto lives and works in Millbrook, NY.
