Morganna Becker is a painter, writer, director, and creator. For six years with Yaymaker, and then as a freelance artist, Morganna has been instructing classes of all sizes in painting and other arts and crafts projects. Her favorite part is encouraging self-described “non-artists” to explore their creativity. Morganna has received several awards for continuously high ratings from students. As a theater artist, Morganna has engaged with local-Boston companies as a writer, director, props and lighting designer, scenic artist, and stage manager. Specializing in devised theater practices, Morganna did a fellowship in Arezzo, Italy focusing on experimentation in the creation of devised work.
