Jamileh is a New England native artist and scientist. Active in the Boston theatre scene since 2014 acting, directing, writing and designing, she continues to pursue new opportunities as her interests evolve including editing a series of speculative flash fiction for Interstellar Flight Press. In 2020, Jamileh joined the Medusa: Reclaimed team to bring this exciting multidisciplinary stage performance to a Boston stage. Most recently her artistic efforts have been focused on the structural elements that give work free rein -planning, grant writing, editing- and dreaming up ways to combine her scientific passions with her artistry. The Manship Artist Residency has a supportive incubator for the thoroughly collaborative work of developing Medusa: Reclaimed.
