Aaron combined his early career as a chef, mixologist, sommelier with his passion for science and innovation to become one of the pioneers in the flavor and aroma industry and is responsible for multiple successful company and product launches. As Founder and CEO of Alice & the Magician he has innovated and transformed how we experience flavor by offering a library of innovative natural and water soluble flavors for food and beverage. As a flavor and product designer he has been the creative and strategic force behind some of our most beloved, niche CPG brands in beverage and body care. As founder and CEO of OVR Technology he developed a digital smell technology for the health, entertainment, and marketing industries. Aarons’s approach to his professional and personal life is through the lens of flavor, function, and culture. His focus now is helping people achieve peak physical and mental health through a new line of nonalcoholic cocktails with functional benefits. He approaches every day in pursuit of curiosity, creativity and connection.
